  5. Type, scope and purpose of data processing
    We process your data in connection with the professional activities of our lawyers, tax advisors and insolvency administrators. This also includes contact and communication data.
    The data is collected in order to guarantee a smooth visit to our website as well as system security and system stability and to fulfil other administrative purposes. The data is stored in the server log files at our provider 1&1 for 8 weeks. Due to data protection guidelines for personal data, the IP addresses of the users are anonymized in the log files. We pay attention to the security of our website and use this data only for the detection of unauthorized attacks and not for evaluations.
  6. Legal basis
    The legal basis is Article 6 § 1 a, b, c GDPR.
We only process the data that are necessary for the implementation of our activities. This data was made available to us by you or by third parties so that we might carry out our tasks. The legal basis is contractual or legal obligations.
If we need more data from you, we will ask for your consent beforehand.
We would like to point out that in individual cases we work with external service providers, all of whom have a data protection contract and are obliged to maintain confidentiality.

If you would like to avoid this data being linked to your profile, we recommend that you log out beforehand. Google also stores information for marketing and advertising purposes for users who are not logged in.
